Robin was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2008. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Global Client Services, Research, Product Development, and Operations.

Robin’s experience spans over 20 years of market research, specifically in the areas of client service, new product development, operations, team management, and organizational development. The majority of her client service experience has been working with leading CPG companies in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

After working for ARSgroup out of our Cincinnati, U.K., and Netherlands offices, the majority of her time is currently spent in the Evansville, Indiana corporate office.

Based on her thorough understanding of customer needs, varied experiences and success combined with her optimistic approach, Robin is often called upon by customers and staff members to contribute her extensive knowledge and valued insight.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Evansville.

In her free time, Robin enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
