As Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, Sue oversees ARSgroup’s human resources and financial operations. In this role she is responsible for developing quality programs and policies in the areas of recruitment, performance, training and development. She also manages the company’s financial reporting, internal accounting controls and investor relations.

With over 30 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources and General Management, Sue is dedicated to providing ARSgroup teammates with the knowledge and work environment to perform their best. Prior to joining ARSgroup, Sue worked for Evansville Printing Corporation and Citizens National Bank.

Her local and national activities include: Council of American Survey Research Organizations, Society for Human Resource Management and Vanderburgh Humane Society.

An animal lover, Sue is the proud parent of five dogs and two horses.
