As Vice President, Basic Research, Frank manages various research and product-development initiatives for ARSgroup. His work has resulted in key improvements to the copy, media and competitive intelligence product lines. Most recently, Frank has led the company’s collaboration with market mix modelers and is a co-inventor of ARS Outlook media planner.

Prior to joining ARSgroup in 1995, Frank conducted research in high-energy physics at the Fermi National Accelerator Lab in Batavia, Illinois, and the Brookhaven National Lab in Upton, New York.

Frank is often viewed as the resident Renaissance man. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management and ranks in classical studies from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
